The following agreements contain cooperative terms and conditions that allow all MAPO members to use them for your agency's awards.  Questions regarding individual agreements should be directed to the MAPO Host Agency.

NOTE:  Contact information for the applicable host agency has been highlighted on the Member Contact List under the "Contact Us" tab.  The column on the far right shows agreements hosted. 

Most MAPO agreements are competitively bid by the Host Agency on behalf of members that wish to participate in the specified commodity and/or service.  Extensions may be granted to the selected    vendor(s) for up to two one year periods.

Certain agreements ("price agreements") are based on discount off manufacturer's published price list only.  These agreements are not competitively bid, and are renewed on an annual basis by the Host Agency.
